Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal — you will not be charged for the next period.

Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a refund, billing correction or applicable legal requirement changes that outcome.

No credit card is required for the free access period. If you never continue to a paid plan, there is nothing to cancel.

Digital Ghost does not offer a general promise of refunds for subscription periods that have already been used. However, we handle billing errors and any customer rights required by applicable law fairly and promptly.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to resolve it. The specific grace period and retry schedule will be published here once billing is fully configured.

Cancelling or lapsing access does not delete your work. Your account, business profile, Missions, Clues and records are retained. When you return, your environment resumes where you left it.
